Excercise:) ha

Only one more week until we have to go back to school:(
i wish it was months longer. but o well:)
a few weeks after we start back softball practice will begin.... and that has its good and bads of course. Cause well um.... we run like crazy and it takes up so much time i feel like i dont have a life and it is just the same routine every day. wakeup.. get ready... breakfast... school....softball... homework... supper... go to bed. Haha. no lie that is my everyday schedule during the season. But it also has the plus of the fact that hey i get back in shape:) and it keeps me busy so i dont really have time to think about everything:)

Well im not in as great of shape as i used to be.. ha. because last night my sister and I decided we were going to work out and stretch:) sounds great right?? well it ended up lasting like an hour and a half. and we laughed so hard the whole time that i think that was half the reason i was sore this morning ha. We stretched alot and it was so funny cause my sister used to be like a rubber band she was so flexible when we both took gymnastics.. and now since we dont take anymore and i am still in cheerleading i am more flexible than she is and she can hardly stretch at all. She was like woah.. i used to be good at this and i sat on her back while she was stretching and i still couldnt push her down ha so ya we laughed forever.
Then we did these workouts called deaddgos.. Sounds insane right??? well when the wallace cheerleaders made us do them this summer i thought they were too. and its for your abs. and you put both feet and arms straight up in the air and you lower your right arm down above your head kinda like your raising your hand if you were standing up to where it is parallel with the ground and you hold it for a minute.. then you go back to dead dog (all fours straight in the air haha). then you do the same with the left arm.. then the same with the right leg.. then the left leg... then you do both arms while the whole time your legs are still staright in the air.. then you do both legs straight out like an inch or two above the ground. (OUCH!!!) with your arms in the air.. then the last one is the killer you do all four.. so basically stretched out except you have your legs and arms like an inch or two off the ground:) and you have to push your tummy to your spine cause if you dont your back comes off the ground and its not so pleasant:).
Anyways then we held the plank for a bit.. and i did frog jumps:) i love those things. and we did leg kicks.
It was fun:) and honestly my legs hurt so bad today.
